I am very pleased to announce a Meditation workshop to be held on Sunday 16th December 2018 from 1pm till 3pm at Total Yoga 15 Eastfield road Croydon, VIC! We will be working with five different guided meditations on the day of the workshop! * PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION * CONSCIOUS BREATHING * CRYSTAL HEALING * HEART CENTER AWARENESS * GROUNDING AWARENESS You will all so receive a workshop folder with all the meditations that we worked on during the workshop & get to choose your own clear quartz crystal to use on the day & take home and practice with! There are 10 seats available for the workshop on the day! Workshop Fee $60.00 Cash, card on the day or EFT can be arranged be for hand for booking a seat!
