Watercolour and Wine Class

Bring a mate, bring a date, or come along solo and make some new friends on the night and it's time to get your paint on. Learn to paint with watercolour in this two-hour workshop, perfect for anyone wanting to establish or grow their painting practice with a group of like-minded people and the support and guidance of artist, Liana Kappelle. This two-hour session will be filled with demonstrations, experimentation and the ability to play with Liana's private collection of art supplies. You will leave this workshop with your own work of art you'll be proud to show off. This workshop will include lessons on properties of watercolour paint, brushwork, texturing techniques, colour mixing and advice on the vast amount of art supplies available out there. Using the various techniques you will be shown during the class you will work from a variety of still life objects and reference material to create your own unique composition.
