Youth Mental Health First Aid - Two Day Course

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches adults how to assist a young person who may be developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis until appropriate professional treatment is received or until the crisis resolves. Learn the signs and symptoms, where and how to get help and what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective. Youth Mental Health First Aid has been designed for parents, grandparents, teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, youth resource officers and others living or working with 10-19 year old adolescents. Mind Australia is not responsible for accommodation, flights or other costs associated with attending the course in the event of such a cancellation.In the event of cancellation by the Customer: Anytime up to 7 days prior to the start date of the course you can cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund, or request a transfer to another scheduled session of the same course. For example, if the course starts on 8th of the month, you have until 1st of the month to be eligible for a full refund or transfer to another scheduled session.Requests for cancellation, or transfer to another scheduled session, made less than 7 days prior to the start date of the session will be declined.
