Fitness – School Holiday Workshop
This interactive and creative workshop is open to students aged 14 - 19 years and is held during the winter school holidays. It may help you decide on your elective subjects or post school options.
Working in the fitness industry is fun, dynamic and rewarding. If you love the idea of working with people and help make positive changes to their lives then why not attend this workshop to explore the range of careers that exist out there?
In this session we will introduce you to the basic concepts of health and fitness screening, goal setting and exercise programming. From the workshop you will walk away with a custom exercise plan that you have developed for yourself with the support of Chisholm’s expert staff, that you can perform anywhere without any equipment.
