Gather your buddies and lets get cooking! Our mid-week classes are designed to be casual, fun and hands on; so bring your apron, your working hands and let's flour the benches and make some PASTA!Leading the class is the delightfull Madeline Dobbins; we are so looking forward to welcome Mad into our kitchan! Whilst the format of the mid-week evening classes allows only time for one or two pasta techniques however Mad will talk about a few different syles for you to take on once you've mastered the basics, and the best bit... we all get to sit down togeher, enjoy what we have made and enjoy a vino or two!  Saluti!!
