Food Safety Support Group

Providing safe and suitable food is good for customers and good for business.The City of Boroondara is committed to improving food safety and helping food businesses be the best they can be. As such we are running a support group with ongoing free seminars for food businesses registered with us. This session will cover hand washing procedures, use of disposable gloves in food preparation, cleaning and sanitising, food storage, as well as pest control and pest management. By the end of the session, you will have the tools and knowledge you need to comply with these requirements of the Food Act 1984 and Food Standards Code.
