Children with Disabilities (29 May 2020)

This is a parent information seminar for families with a child with disability aged up to 18 years.

In the seminar we will help families with;

- Information
- Parent-peer-support (social connection)
- Communication with educational and other agencies
- Seeking assessment of your child's development and/or diagnosis of disability
- Adjusting to your child's diagnosis of disability and meeting their needs
- Navigating programs and services available in your community
- Making informed decisions about your child's educational needs
- Accessing respite care and additional community supports
