If you've taken LUMA's introductory workshop, Fundamentals of
HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN, you can expand your mastery of the LUMA
System of Innovation [https://youtu.be/YTP9fst4loA] by taking our
Advancing Innovation workshop, which offers an intimate, peer-to-peer
experience for deeper learning.
Through a mix of coaching and individualized practice sessions, you
will sharpen your Human-Centered Design skills in line with your
particular goals. The Advancing Innovation workshop will prepare you
to:

Lead teams to do collaborative work

Help your colleagues grow and develop their own ability to innovate
CUSTOMIZED APPROACH FOR EACH GROUP
We tailor Advancing Innovation workshops for each particular group.
Day One begins by evaluating the interests, goals and objectives of
every participant. Together, we do a deeper exploration of the LUMA
System, learn ways to combine Human-Centered Design methods, practice
building method sets, and prepare for peer-to-peer practice sessions.
On Day Two, you will focus on a track for concentrated growth:

Catalyst Track: Inspiring adoption of the LUMA System

Practitioner Track: Using the LUMA System in daily practice

Facilitator Track: Guiding others in using the LUMA System

Instructor Track: Teaching the LUMA System to others
You'll get a block of time to practice an activity within your track.
Out of that work, you'll get feedback and support to carry with you
into your next stage of development in applying the LUMA System.

LUMA workshops provide an exceptional experience that is hands-on,

ACTIVITIES TO LEARN DIFFERENT METHODS. As the workshop progresses,
you’ll gain new perspectives from other participants and they’ll

Once you register, we will send you additional information about

What is the refund policy?
Once you have registered, we do not offer refunds and we do not permit
transfers from one workshop date to another. It is possible to send
someone else in your place should you be unable to attend.
Also, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any public
workshop up to 14 days prior to the start date of that workshop. If
that happens, we'll notify you promptly and give you a full refund or
the option to attend another public workshop within six months. We are
not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred
as a result of a cancellation.

published, copyrighted works proprietary and owned exclusively by LUMA
and its licensors. Workshop participants do not acquire title nor
