High performance team models have proven to deliver better outcomes
for participants, staff and the organisation. Organisations using
these models are purpose-driven, deliberately minimise hierarchy and
bureaucratic controls, embrace trust and confidence in the frontline
staff, and organise on the basis of self-organising teams.Following on
from our highly successful event with the Corporate Rebels earlier
this year and the High Performance Teams event in October last year,
NDS now presents the workshop that goes into the question that
everyone who has been inspired by these models is left with: How do
you develop them in your own organisation?
This workshop will start by introducing examples of high performance
models with a focus on Australian disability service providers to get
everyone up to speed on what they are and what forms they have taken
in our sector. The rest of the workshop will look at how your
organisation can plan for and progress the adoption of these models.
THE WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE
* Key elements and pre-conditions of the high performance approach
* Case studies
* Leading the change
* Key steps to introduce high performance teams in your organisation
* Common challenges
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
NDS recommends that strategic leaders within disability service
organisations which are interested in the high performance approach
and want to plan for its introduction, or have done a pilot, and are
now planning for full-implementation are most suited to attend
including; CEOs, CFOs and HR Managers.
Registrations and refreshments will start from 9am.
