RECRUITING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY TO BOARDS MASTERCLASSTHE MASTERCLASS WILL: * be delivered by the Disability Leadership Institute [https://disabilityleaders.com.au/] who provide specialist development and coaching in disability leadership * build your capacity to advertise, recruit, appoint, induct and include people with disability on boards * provide practical approaches to attracting and sustaining disability leaders on your board or committee while achieving your agency’s outcomes.   WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR? The Masterclass is for departmental personnel responsible for the recruitment, appointment and support of members to public sector boards and committees. PARTICIPANTS WILL * examine how to take a whole of board outcomes baserd approach to appointments * develop tools to attract the best possible candidates with disability * learn how to advertise in a non-ableist inclusive way.
