WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
As an OUTDOOR EVENT 28DTC IS SUBJECT TO PREVAILING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
We will only cancel the WORKOUT SESSION IF THE WEATHER IS DANGEROUS
– ie Hot 38 + degree summer days or if the weather is particularly
dangerous ie thunder, lighting or extreme winds. You will be
notified via text message and email approximately 1-2 hours prior to
the session _only_ if the session can no longer go ahead. You will
not be charged for the session_. * Sorry a bit of rain, breeze and
cold does not qualify as dangerous in our situation. * _If you want

If the workout session is canceled, information will be posted on the
Eventbrite website, social media platform ig Facebook.com/28dtc
. All ticket holders will be contacted directly to notify them of
proceedings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend the session due to circumstances out of
your control, we can give you a credit towards another session which
is valid for 3 months. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not
given toward. No cash refund. This is not negotiable.
No refund or credits will be provided for the person who does not
attend their nominated session.
If the entire group cancels ( For example: if less than 3 people
registers per session ) you will be notified via SMS or email
approximately 12 hours prior to the session. You will have a full
refund.
