This training is open for both metro and rural/regional hospitals.
Who is this for?
The training is for SHRFV practitioners as well as for HR/strategy
people within the hospital. Please note that the training covers the
gendered drivers as it is designed to provide primary prevention
information to a range of people within health services and not all
participants will bring an in-depth knowledge of Change the Story. The
training also covers intersectionality and what workplaces can do to
prevent violence, but does not provide a detailed ‘how to do’
Workplace Equality and Respect, rather it covers ‘what is’
Workplace Equality and Respect.
