Our ESPRESSO 101 COURSE COVERS THE ESSENTIALS OF ESPRESSO BREWING ENSURING PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING AND PRACTICAL SKILL FOR MAKING SPECIALTY STANDARD ESPRESSO-based drinks.This course is very hands-on and capped at 4 participants per class in order to maximise your time with a commercial espresso machine, grinder and experienced trainer.  Course Outcomes: * Extraction theory and using recipes * Dialling in and grinder management * Establishing consistent and effective technique * Milk texturing and basic pouring  * Espresso machine and grinder cleaning FAQS WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?
