on.....In this special 90-minute masterclass with Yoga Educators and
REIKI MASTERS, Sarah Martin and Hang Nhan, you will be guided through
a sequence of RESTORATIVE YOGA AND MINDFUL CUES TO CULTIVATE LOVING
AWARENESS, release stress and tension in the body and mind. This
practice creates space for well-being, peace and harmony on all levels
of the being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
RESTORATIVE YOGA ENCOURAGES REST AND RELAXATION, allowing the body and
mind to be restored and refreshed. Mindfulness is the energy of loving
awareness to help us get in touch with our challenges, happiness and
joy.
Hands on Shamballa Reiki will also be provided during the class to
promote further healing and balancing. Shamballa is the universal
energy of unconditional love.
All levels of practitioners are welcome. No yoga or REIKI EXPERIENCE
