Cancer Survivorship for Primary Care Practitioners @ Heidelberg

Do you work in healthcare in the community?  Are you keen to better support your patients who are undergoing treatment for cancer?

The VCCC is presenting a new half-day workshop, to be held  in a variety of locations, to equip primary care practitioners to better support cancer patients to transition from oncology treatment to shared care.  This opportunity to better support cancer patients in your care can also be undertaken online via a Massive Open Online Course (places are still available in the July 2018 course).
The Saturday workshops for primary care practitioners, including GPs, nurses and allied health professionals will provide an extensive introduction to cancer survivorship, an understanding of the shared care model, and will provide tools and resources for supporting cancer patients in the community. 
We encourage local healthcare professionals to share this information among Primary Care Partnerships and to register for the FREE half-day weekend workshops:

Workshop: 9.00am - 2.00pm
