17+ years Course Description: An introductory course which will give
you a taste of the carpentry trade. In the course you will learn:
Carpentry basics – tools & measurements Basic OHS standards for the
worksite & in a workshop What to expect from a trade course Hear
stories from those already in the trade Financial benefits of becoming
a carpenter — What’s in it for me? $ Pathway: Cert II in Building
and Construction Pre-apprenticeship Cert III in Carpentry Location
