especially for teens to empower you with: * An understanding of what
stress is and how it directly effects your body and your mind,
including the choices you make and actions you take. * Tools to reduce
stress, anxiety and overwhelm. * Improved self-confidence and
resilience. * Positive psychology and an increased feeling of general
wellbeing. * More effective communication skills that can build
stronger, healthier relationships. * Strategies that will help you be
the very best version of yourself. IMPORTANT: This workshop is for
teens aged from 12+ and their caregivers. While it is more beneficial
for parents and teens to attend together, it is not a necessity. A
parent/caregiver will need to sign the teen in and out if they are not

is a Mindfulness and Wellbeing Educator, who is qualified in
Meditation, Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP),
Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy, which she incorporates in her
coaching techniques throughout her workshops. She is a mother of 3 and
a primary trained teacher with over 25 years experience in the
education system. Her passion is to inspire and empower, using simple
tools that will enable people to create positive change and transform
