Created by wellbeing artist and practitioner Meagan Shand, you will be
treated to a one-hour: - guided body relaxation; - sound immersion
experience with the ancient gong and crystal singing bowls; -
selection of wellbeing affirmations to keep the good vibes going.
Emerging with a sense of peaceful wellbeing, you will feel relaxed and
ready to tackle the week ahead in a balanced and positive way. Places
