The Piddington Society invites you to a Guardianship Moorditj Mia.
Covering contemporary issues in guardianship and administration, as
well as general skills for working in the State Administrative
Tribunal, this session was developed by Edward Dymond and Ruby Lee ,
part of the 2021 Piddington PLT cohort. Topics covered will include
the application process steps, from eCourts to the hearing itself, and
what different orders are available and their effects on clients. The
Hon Justice Janine Pritchard (President, State Administrative
Tribunal) will join a final session on advocacy in Tribunal
proceedings. Further speakers will be announced in due course. At the
conclusion of the event, collegiality will continue over drinks
nearby. Attendees will be able to claim 1 CPD points in CA2
(Professional Skills), 0.5 CPD points in CA3 (Ethics and Professional
Responsibility) and 0.5 point in CA4 (Substantive Law). Note:
Practitioner ID numbers are issued by the Legal Practice Board of
Western Australia. Information from the Boardis available here . We
require these to issue CPD certificates. If you do not want a CPD
