Attend this interactive workshop that will allow coaches to unpack the
new core competencies for ongoing development and reflective practice
Join Myriam Leonardy PCC and Arlene Quinn PCC in an interactive
workshop that will allow coaches to unpack the new core competencies
regarding ongoing development and reflective practice using a peer
supervision approach.
As coaches we have all had situations that unsettled us. The new Core
Competencies model of the ICF puts increased emphasis on the
importance for coaches to engage in ongoing development and reflective
practice.
This highly “hands-on” session will simulate a peer supervision
experience. In small groups of coaches, you will explore and reflect
at a deeper level on complex and difficult coaching situations using a
few different models.
CCEU'S: 3.5 X CORE COMPETENCIES
EVENT OUTCOMES:
* Group discussion on new competencies and what it means for your
Coaching practice
* Working in small groups, create rules for engagement and work
through 3 separate coaching situations using different reflective
practice models.
* Understand the new core competencies requirements.
* Experience working in a Peer Supervision Framework.
* Network and build peer-coaching relationships.
