ABOUT OUR MODERATOR:
WINNE LAI HADAD - Born in Hong Kong, Winnie was educated in Hong Kong,
Malaysia, Melbourne and PERTH. She is a qualified lawyer, Certified
Practising Accountant, Mineral Economist, a wife and mum. Winnie has
expertise in change management, corporate governance and BUSINESS
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN LISTINGS ON THE ASX. She
is involved with both inbound and outbound Chinese investments. Her
past roles include implementing Coca-Cola bottling strategies into
greater China and administering the first Chinese direct investment in
an iron ore mine in the Pilbara. Winnie has had an impressive
corporate career in senior executive roles and is the Director of Winn
Consulting Pty Ltd, the Vice President of HKABA-WA, a Non Executive
Director (NEDs) for Listed, unlisted and Not-for profit Boards.

JOANNE BRADBURY - Joanne is the Owner of 3drops and has seen her
vision of the 3drops brand develop as a producer of stunning, premium
wines and extra virgin olive oil. Over the past 20 years, as the grape
vines and olive trees have grown, Joanne has worked closely with her
winemaking and viticultural team, to cultivate the unique 3drops
style. She also works closely with 3drops’ Australian Distributors,
as well as 3drops agents in South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
Joanne’s expertise has seen her on a range of boards and
organizations including past roles as member and Committee Chair of
the Wine Show of Western AUSTRALIA, Board member of the Great Southern
Wine Producers, and Board member of Wines of WA (Wine Industry body),
Councillor for the Royal Agricultural Society of WA and currently as a
leading member of BUSINESS WOMEN AUSTRALIA AND CURATOR OF BWA FLAGSHIP
EVENTS.
DR SANDY CHONG - A Harvard alumnus, Sandy is the founder of Verity
Consulting and President of the United Nations Association of
AUSTRALIA (WA). She earned her PhD (2003) in Information Systems
and specialises in global BUSINESS COMMUNICATION. Leading
INTERNATIONAL GROWTH PROJECTS, Sandy is passionate about driving
BUSINESS PERFORMANCES WITH SOCIAL IMPACT. A strong advocate
of INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT AS A WAY to peace
and security, Sandy is the Winner of 2019 Asia's Top Sustainability
Superwoman, Singapore; 2017 Stevie Awards for WOMEN IN BUSINESS, USA;
and 2016 Singapore Management Consultant of the Year Award. Sandy has
been appointed the INTERNATIONAL MENTOR of Cherie Blair Foundation
for WOMEN AND Global Ambassador for The Inspiring Rarebirds.
AMANDA HEALY - Amanda is a proud Wonnarua woman. She has spent most of
her life in WA with extensive experience in the mining industry, both
in AUSTRALIA, Africa and Canada – working for miners such as BHP,
Rio Tinto and WMC. She founded award-winning Pilbara based Engineering
BUSINESS MAXX ENGINEERING WHICH WAS SOLD TO A LARGE INTERNATIONAL
COMPANY IN 2015. In 2017 Amanda joined forces with David Flett and Roy
Messer to form Warrikal, an Indigenous majority-owned mechanical
services BUSINESS, combining 50 years of experience in shutdowns and
turnarounds in the Pilbara. Amanda is the CEO of Warrikal, and
continues her passion for social responsibility through Kirrikin - a
social enterprise sharing profits with Indigenous artists digitally
printing stunning Aboriginal artwork onto luxurious cashmere and silk
scarves, ties and resort wear. Rapidly developing an INTERNATIONAL
REPUTATION, Kirrikin won an Ecommerce award through the Export Council
of AUSTRALIA, was a finalist in the national awards in 2016 and in
2018 Kirrikin won another Export Council award in the Creative
Industries field.

governance and risk advisory; working with clients across all sectors,

private sector and not for profit entities. Before joining BDO in
2018, Pippa was a Risk Consulting and Internal Audit Partner at a
mid-tier accounting firm, having joined the firm in 2012 as a
Principal in the Audit and Assurance service line. Prior to this role,
Pippa worked for a global accounting firm for over 14 years. She is a
