Pregnancy Aquarobics 1 July 2020

During this class our physiotherapist will guide you with safe exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and muscle tone.This class is only available for women who are giving birth at King Edward Memorial Hospital. There is no charge for the class, however, there is an entry fee of $6.60 to the pool at Lord's Recreation Centre. When you attend your first class, you will need to bring a consent form signed by your Doctor or midwife stating that your PREGNANCY IS LOW RISK AND IT IS SAFE FOR YOU TO EXERCISE.
