The Piddington Society invites you to an AffidavitMoorditj Mia.
Including a practical how-to workshop, you will hear from senior and
experienced practitioners on improving your affidavits, including
considering common mistakes, and ethical issues related to them.
Attendees will be provided with examples and take-home materials.
Speakers include Matthew Howard SC (Francis Burt Chambers), Samantha
Nadilo (Fourth Floor Chambers) and Mintie Tantiprasut
(Lemonis/Tantiprasut Lawyers), with a judicial officer to be announced
shortly. Ms Nadilo and Ms Tantiprasut will lead the workshop. At the
conclusion of the event, collegiality will continue over drinks
nearby. Attendees will be able to claim 1.5 CPD pointsin CA2
(Professional Skills), 0.5 CPD points in CA3 (Ethics and Professional
Responsibility) and 0.5 points in CA4 (Substantive Law). Note:
Practitioner ID numbers are issued by the Legal Practice Board of
Western Australia. Information from the Boardis available here . We
require these to issue CPD certificates. If you do not want a CPD
