In this workshop you will learn how to make kombucha, water kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and more! You will experience first hand just how simple home fermenting is, and take home what you've made on the day. Includes tasting, recipe booklet, demostration and hands-on learning. There are maximun ten places in this workshop so it's a great opportunity to interact with your teacher and get one on one attention.
