can't wait for you to join us in bringing together the best of local
and national retailers, social enterprises and organisations with
ethical, eco-friendly and sustainable practices in Perth.
To confirm your participation you will need to pay for your
REGISTRATION FEE BY MONDAY 20TH OF MAY 2019. Should you wish to hold
a large stall taking up two tables, simply choose a quantity of '2'
registrations when you go through the registration process (please
note you will be charged $110 + GST for two tables).
COSTS:
Stall holder REGISTRATION FEE $55 + GST per stall
Food Vendors registration Fee $25 + GST and $30 Saftey Induction Fee
(a link to the Saftey Induction payment will be emailed to you at a
later date).
DETAILS:
Date: Saturday, 20th July 2019
Time: 11am - 3pm (stall holders to arrive earlier to set-up)
Location: UWA Winthrop Hall Undercroft, 35 Stirling Highway, Perth
WA 6009.
SET UP & PACK DOWN:
A trestle table of (1800mm x 750mm) will be provided with a white
table cloth (reaches to the ground). Power will be available to
stall-holders (some stalls have direct power, others shared).Any other
equipment related to your stall (e.g. chairs, signage, etc) will need
to be arranged by the stallholder.
We also ask that stallholders donate an item (product, voucher, or
discount offer) each to the Social Impact Festival Good Market
raffle and help to promote the marketplace through distribution of
printed materials in stores and through social media.
Further details on bump in / bump out and more will be sent out after
registration has been paid.
ACTIVITIES AT THE GOOD MARKET
The Good Market is a marketplace that connects Perth’s conscious
consumer to a community of ethical sustainable retailers, producers
and service providers.
FREE SPEAKER TENTS
To highlight positive change in the community, The Good Market will
host two speaker tents to discuss how to redesign the areas of
fashion, retail and food to create more sustainable systems of
consumption.
FREE KIDS ACTIVTIES AND MUSIC
Programmed in the winter school holidays, the inspiring students from
the Dandjoo Darbalung program will be hosting a face painting space,
alongside performances by Ladybird Entertainment and Earth Play Arts
workshops.
Throughout the day a curated line-up of local musicians such as Shane
Corry will performing a mix of original music combining soulful folk,
country, roots and reggae.
