AusCider is the cider industry’s annual information exchange and
networking event. It connects cider producers, fruit growers,
researchers, suppliers and other cider industry representatives from
Australia and overseas.
AUSCIDER 2020 WILL DELIVER A TWO-day program of CIDER EDUCATION
SESSIONS WITH TECHNICAL, sensory, production and business-related
topics that contribute to the theme _Craft Cider: Scaling up with
integrity_.
Keynote speaker Ryan Burk, Head Cider Maker at Angry Orchard in the
US, will share insights on scaling up an authentic cider brand and
innovations in the US cider market.
The conference will be held at the Kalamunda Performing Arts Centre
(KPAC) on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 June with Welcome Drinks, the
AusCider Dinner and cidery visits at venues across the Perth Hills.
