get your hands dirty and bring a take away container to take home what
you cook and can't finish in CLASS. This is a cooking class for
anyone who wants to learn some healthy, easy and delcious meal options
whether you are a beginner in the kitchen or just want some more
healthy ideas.
It's also for anyone wanting to include more plant-based foods in
their diet. A predominately plant-based diet (this doesn't mean no
meat, just lot's of veggies too!) has been proven through scientific
research to greatly reduce your risk of developing chronic illnesses.
Yet most of us still don’t eat enough plant-based foods! I will show
you how quick, easy and delicious it can be to include more of these
health-promoting foods in your day.
