passionate about seeing others achieve a strong mindset and feeling in
control of their life! This workshop is about showing you the inner
workings of your mind and teaching you how to highjack your thoughts
to serve you, your goals and your life. You will leave this workshop
with a set of tools and techniques you can use on a daily basis to
keep your thoughts positive, resourceful and in alignment with your
goals. You will be in the driver's seat of your life rather than
feeling like you can't control anything.
This workshop won't be all about me talking (even though I could for
hours!!) but will have several activities giving you plenty of time
for you to assess your own problems in light of this information and
make changes instantly!

mental & emotional health in her 20's, she is committed to helping
women master their mindset. With a degree in Psychology and
Counselling and as a certified NLP Coach, Tarryn has the tools,
experience and heart-centred approach to show women how to believe in
themselves again and find inner happiness.
