VOUCHER TICKET INCLUDES: * 1 x Meal voucher * 1 x Dessert voucher *
1 x Beverage voucher (redeemable for one choice only of the following:
bottled water, juice, OR if over 18 with valid ID, a glass of beer,
glass of wine, glass of cider) Voucher tickets are separated into two
sessions - lunch (12pm - 3:30pm) and dinner (3:30pm - 7:00pm).
Residents and non-residents are welcome to attend and purchase food at
any time during the event's duration (12pm - 7pm), however free
resident voucher tickets will only be redeemable for the time booked
(i.e. lunch or dinner).
VOUCHER CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
* Maximum of one ticket per person for lunch OR dinner is permitted.
Maximum of 4 tickets per residential household.
* Tickets are non-transferable.
* If you have obtained voucher tickets and can no longer attend,
please cancel them through Eventbrite to allow others to attend.
* Voucher numbers are strictly limited and when they are gone they
are gone. No correspondence will be entered into.
* Tickets booked under a non-City of Belmont address will be
cancelled with no correspondence entered into. This also applies to
voucher tickets purchased by identical parties across multiple
sessions, resident or non-resident.
* Address and proof of age will be checked on entry and 'resident'
and 'non-resident' wristbands issued. Non-residents will NOT be able
to redeem vouchers. Everyone is however welcome to purchase and enjoy
any food or drink throughout the event.
* Your tickets will be automatically emailed to you. Please ensure
you print out your tickets or have them available to display on your
smartphone.
* Your ticket will be scanned at the door and you will be provided
with meal voucher tickets. Lost voucher tickets will not be replaced.
* Each individual's name must be entered against the booking for
their ticket. Repeat names will be seen as repeat bookings and the
ticket ruled invalid and cancelled prior to the event. This includes
repeat bookings across lunch and dinner sessions.
* Each ticket has a unique barcode that will be scanned. Each barcode
can only be scanned once - repeats will be ruled invalid.
* All adults must present photo ID with proof of address (valid
driver's license, proof of age card, WA learners permit) on entry.
City of Belmont resident proof of address must match the address
registered to the ticket. If you do not have appropriate ID contact
events@belmont.wa.gov.au

weeks (up to and including Sunday 19 April) have been cancelled
effective immediately following Federal Government directives that all
organised, non-essential gatherings not proceed to mitigate the spread

As part of this event, City of Belmont residents can access FREE
vouchers for food and beverages. City of Belmont suburbs include
Ascot, Belmont, Cloverdale, Kewdale, Redcliffe and Rivervale.
While voucher items are restricted as per the below, any food or drink
item can be paid for and enjoyed by residents and non-residents
throughout the day - there will be heaps of gourmet items to try!
