In the face of change and crisis, the resources leaders need most is their resilience, as well as their ability to build a culture of resilience in their teams. Leaders have never faced more challenges day-to-day, and traditional leadership as a means to provide guidance is no longer enough. The most effective leaders of sustainable change and challenge today are those that show Resilient Leadership.

Resilience is the ability to withstand, adapt to, or rebound from, extreme challenges or adversity. Resilient leaders, however, do more than bounce back—they bounce forward. With speed and elegance, resilient leaders take action that responds to new and ever-changing realities, even as they maintain the operations of the organisations they lead.

But what does Resilient Leadership look like?

How do leaders demonstrate resilience and build a culture of resilience within their organisations?

What are the key ingredients for building resilience as a leader?

What are the factors that indicate resilience is at risk in an organisation?

Join us for the first event in a series of discussions with Resilient Leaders in the business and community sectors as we tackle some of these questions. This event showcases two exceptionally Resilient Leaders to hear their perspectives on this increasingly important leadership topic.

The evening will begin with a candid panel discussion with both guests, followed by networking in the lounge of the venue.
