This workshop is targeted at senior HR practitioners or managers who
have an active and critical role driving HR CHANGE IN THEIR

We will explore the changes that are facing HR in 2020. Changes
arising out of fundamental shifts in the way we work and how
organisations do “business”. The business world is changing and if
HR is to remain relevant, we need to change too.
WHY IS HR CHANGE SO DIFFICULT?
If you work in HR you will know that there are many “people
experts” in your organisation and equally as many resistors to any
changes that you might propose. We will discuss some of the barriers
and why HR might be our own worst enemy!

_Trina has spent over 20 years working in Australia, Asia and the UK
in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Events Management.
She is an "imagineer" skilled at implementing new and creative HR
ideas in a practical way. She is a former Senior HR Manager with first
hand experience of the challenges in driving HR change. She draws on
her networks, qualifications, experience and influencers to reimagine
a more business savvy HR in future._
