MEDITATION & mindfulness practice.Meditating together magnifies and
strengthens our personal and group meditation and mindfulness
practice.
Our Silent group meditation sessions are non-guided, we sit in silence
for 40 min to develop our own personal practice together with others.

Our ethos is to make all Mindfulness Meditation Hub sessions
affordable to everyone.
We volunteer our time to run sessions for you.
Your contribution from Paying What Your Heart Feels helps us cover our
rent and running expenses.
This allows us to continue running these sessions for yourself and
others.
Contributions can be made on the day at the session via cash, eftpos,
credit or bank transfer.
