Going electric for Strings

Learning and playing electric violin/viola/cello, amps & FX for violin, viola, cello and contra-bass Open to all students, music teachers and musicians of an intermediate standard and above Learn how to go electric for strings. Includes practical instruction and experience in every aspect of going electric. Discover how to use the different types of instruments, what the different FX pedals do and how to use them, and a practical understanding of the range of amps and PAs. This course allows participants of classical string instruments to have the first hand experience and know-how to play on electric instruments in rock, blues, pop and folk/world music solo or in bands. Also available is expert consultation and guidance to purchase appropriate instruments, amps and FX if you don't already have them. Small group class. Bookings essential.
