This session will provide learners who are new to email the skills to communicate effectively via email. It will cover how to create and send new messages, as well as adding attachments to email. Learners will also learn how to read and reply to emails, as well as spotting spam or scam emails.
It is an interactive workshop, so we encourage you to bring along your own fully charged laptop, tablet or mobile device to get the most out of this workshop.
This is a small group session with two trainers to ensure there is opportunity for individual attention.
There will be a short break included and morning tea will be supplied.
