This one day course is suitable for people who know or care for a
person with dementia (not suitable for people with a diagnosis of
dementia). It is designed to give an understanding of dementia, what
happens to a person when they develop dementia and how to communicate
with and support a person with dementia. The workshop is from 9.00am -
4.00pm (lunch provided). Topics include Understanding Dementia and
Living with Dementia. Please note that registration is essential.
