Join Anchor Elwood on the evening of Thursday July 21st for a 5-course, specially curated 'Open Sesame Special Dinner', showcasing Australian grown sesame seeds. Tony Matchett, the agronomist/owner of sesame seed supplier, Savannah Sun, will also be amongst guests.
The 5-course dinner is $85 per person (+$40 for matching wines). Online bookings essential.

LEMON MYRTLE TARTARE
Locally caught garfish fillets, chopped with lemon myrtle aioli, atop a sesame-crusted crispy flatbread.
LAMB SAMOSA
Hand made flaky pastry, topped with sesame seeds, filled with fragrantly spiced lamb, served with harissa.
PRAWN SKEWER
Coated in sesame seeds, grilled, and served with coriander root salsa verde.
LAMB SHOULDER
Slow cooked, boneless Flinders Island lamb shoulder, with babaganoush, chickpeas, yoghurt & sumac onion.
Slow-roasted, jewelled pumpkin served with tahini to accompany the lamb.
MEDITERRANEAN MINCE PIE
A delicate sweet treat made of crisp tahini pastry filled with jewelled minced fruit and nuts.
