NL| Voedselvoorziening staat hoog op de agenda. Het grote publiek krijgt een hernieuwde interesse in waar voedsel vandaan komt en dus ook een stijgende belangstelling voor stadslandbouw. Er bestaan veel verschillende soorten stadslandbouw. Van kleine individuele moestuintjes, over CSA-initiatieven tot meer technologisch gedreven verticale stadslandbouw. We gaan op deze avondfietstocht op ontdekking naar de verschillende vormen en initiatieven van stadslandbouw in Brussel en bekijken ook hoe die teelten verwerkt en aan de man en vrouw gebracht worden.

FR| La question de l'approvisionnement en denrées alimentaires est un sujet primordial. Le consommateur s'intéresse de plus en plus à l'origine des aliments et donc à l'agriculture urbaine. Il existe de nombreux types d'agriculture urbaine. Des petits potagers individuels aux initiatives GASAP ou CSA, en passant par l'agriculture verticale, plus axée sur la technologie. Au cours de cette balade à vélo nocturne, nous explorerons les différentes formes et initiatives d'agriculture urbaine, et decouvrirons comment ces cultures sont transformées et commercialisées.
