This is a fun, accepting and diverse group of Toastmaster members and guests who create a safe place for those who want to explore public speaking, build confidence presenting, develop leadership skills, and connect with a community.

 

FAQs

 

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You have to be eighteeen to become a Toastmaster member, but you can come as a guest if under eighteen. 

 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is ample free parking right out front. Since this is a busy library, it is best to come early to find your spot. Calgary transit runs very close to the library, plan your trip here: https://www.calgarytransit.com/plan-a-trip

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Moreover, if  a friend wants to join you last minute, feel free to bring them along.
