Did you know that just over 5 of every 10 young Canadians find the gym intimidating?

Kettlebell classes are a great option for teens looking to build confidence in the gym or weight room.

Our programs are perfect for developing strength, aerobic fitness, breath work and pacing strategy for sport.

Program length: 8 Weeks

Program start: July 2nd

Frequency: 2x per week

Location: Nanaimo Kettlebell Club

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays (one make-up class is available per week)

Class Time: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Register your teen at any time and get prorated for only the classes they attend.

Spots are limited to 10!
