A comedic, heartfelt look at the unlikely and unusual relationship between, Philip (Bryan Cranston) a billionaire with quadriplegia and an unemployed man with a criminal record, Dell (Kevin Hart) who is hired to help him. A remake of the record-smashing French film, The Intouchables (2011), and based on a real life relationship between Philippe Pozzo di Borgo and Abdel Sellou. Their story has also been depicted in the French documentary La vie comme un roman: A la vie, à la mort (2003), the Indian film Oopiri (2016), and the Argentinian film Inseparables (2016).
