Facilitated by Tama Recker Jan 27 - Mar 3, 2026 (6 weeks) Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:00 PM PST, 8:30 - 10:00 PM EST Facilitated by counsellor and published writer, Tama Recker, this series is suitable for those without any WRITING EXPERIENCE AND SEASONED WRITERS ALIKE. Participants will be guided to access creative thinking and mindfulness practices that encourage listening to inner thoughts and feelings as well to one’s GRIEF PROCESS IN NEW WAYS. As different pathways of listening are opened, the possibility of shifting heavy emotions, restrictive beliefs and thoughts will emerge. Instructions on supplies required and online access will be sent shortly before the start of the program. GROUP MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO MAKE A COMMITMENT TO ATTENDING ALL 6 SESSIONS OF THE SERIES AND TO NOTIFY THE GROUP LEADER IN ADVANCE IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND A SESSION. Registration is limited to 12 participants. To fully participate in this GROUP YOU WILL REQUIRE A COMPUTER/tablet/phone equipped with a microphone and camera and be able to access Zoom. Registration Fee: $120 As always, fee subsidies are available to ensure that our programs are accessible to everyone.
