Enjoy this 1 hour dance cardio class with interval bursts will increase your endurance with fun dance moves with an some added strength, core and stretch at the end.

Please arrive on time - latecomers will not be admitted after 5 minutes from the start of the class.If you cannot make the activity, you may withdraw and avoid an admission charge. up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class by calling 604.927.7529, emailing recreation@portcoquitlam.ca, and or going online up to 11:59pm the night before your class is scheduled.

Reminder: Ensure that upon arriving, you have been checked in by the attendant taking the attendance or you will be marked as a no show.
