**Calling all uplevellers of mind, body, heart, and soul!**

Are you looking for some mid-week inspiration, connection, and elevation?

Join us for Elevate—our weekly spiritual experience where you get to feel Spirit move you inside and out through meditation, music, community, and connection.

*June theme: Emotion

*June affirmation: "I welcome all emotions as invitations to deepen my awareness and to more authentically express the Love I truly am."

Every week features:

*soul-stirring music with the Elevate Trio (Pablo Cardenas on piano, Peter Dowse on electric bass, and Kelby MacNayr on vocals and drums)

*words of wisdom with Rev. Lesia

*conscious conversation with fellow VTC community members

Whether you've been on your spiritual journey for some time, or are brand-new to spirituality, you are welcome here. If you're curious about how to feel better about yourself, life, and our world, come and check us out! Join us, as we expand our minds, open our hearts, and further activate our souls, together!

Doors open at 6:45pm | Meditation at 7pm

Heartfelt donations graciously accepted. Non-denominational. All welcome.

Mon-Sat, before 6pm: on the right side and at the back of the building only. Please DO NOT park on the left side; these parking spots are for the apartment buildings behind VTC only.
