KANA'TA: Halifax Canada Day 2025

Join us on the Halifax Waterfront for a day of celebration and community. Take part in the Mawio’mi, a traditional Mi’kmaq welcome, followed by Main Stage performances from DJ Shub, Boogey the Beat, Manteasah, DJ Nish, Joe H Henry and more.

Enjoy family-friendly activities throughout the day across the Municipality including the Halifax Commons, Halifax Citadel and the Canada Day Parade! Conclude the evening with a stunning fireworks display in the Harbour! All events are free, all ages, and open to the public.
