This event is designed to provide you with an opportunity to release stress and rejuvenate your mind and body. DRESS CODE: Please wear comfortable sports clothes and bring your own mat ??‍♀️ Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to get aquatinted with other participants and your teachers. We will have a videographer and photographer on site. You’ll have beautiful pictures that you can use after the event.
