Children's Foot Health Therapeutic Workshop for Parents & Professionals

This in-depth, body-based workshop is designed for adults who care for or work with children aged 5–11 — parents, yoga/pilates instructors, educators, and pediatric therapists.

Our focus: understanding and addressing the early signs of dysfunction in children's feet — before they lead to long-term postural, neurological, or emotional issues.

? This isn’t pediatric podiatry — it’s a somatic, therapeutic approach to foundational development.

Led by a certified yoga specialist and psychosomatic specialist, the workshop blends movement science, developmental anatomy, and body-based therapy to decode what kids’ feet are telling us — and how to support them naturally.

? We’ll explore:

Flat feet: functional vs. structural

Toe gripping, collapsed arches & over-pronation

W-sitting, in-toeing, and gait imbalances

Weak foot musculature & instability

Hypermobile joints & poor proprioception

Early bunions, hammertoes, and toe deviation

Emotional grounding & the psychosomatic map of the feet

Barefoot training: when it helps, when it doesn’t

Simple daily exercises and at-home techniques to support change

⚠️ Adults only. This is a theory + practice workshop (no children present).

Part 1 of the workshop will be held strictly without children present. During this session, we will cover the essential theory and teach you how to safely perform the exercises yourself.

Later, we will offer Part 2, focused entirely on hands-on practice. You’ll be welcome to bring your child to this session.
