Tickets are non-refundable non-exchangeable and cannot be transferred after purchase. In the event of unforeseen cancellations Oceanic Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion. If mechanical or safety issues arise and the captain deems it safe the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances no refunds will be issued.
