Registration opens June 15, 2017 - 11am

Families will have the opportunity to come and enjoy at Great Wolf Lodge at a special rate just for Autism Ontario!

Autism Ontario will be offering a discounted group rate for our families for stays occurring September 15-24, 2017.

By registering here on Eventbrite, starting June 15th at 11am, you will be given the group code, which allow you to access the reduced rate.  Once you have your group code, you MUST call Great Wolf Lodge directly, yourself to reserve your stay.

Details About Autism Ontario’s Group Rate:

• A limited number of rooms have been set aside for our group.
  
• All rooms are based first come, first served. Autism Ontario rooms WILL sell out.
  
• Prices are based on a family of four in a family suite and include 4 non-transferable water park passes that are valid from 1pm on the day of check in.
  
• Call Great Wolf Lodge as soon as you get your group code for the best selection of dates. When calling, identifying themselves as a member of the Autism Ontario Group and you will be asked for the group code that will be provided after the online registration is completed.
  
• All bookings are based on availability.
  
• Successful registration does NOT guarantee a room reservation. You must contact Great Wolf Lodge yourself with the group code to arrange your reservation by August 15, 2017 at 5pm. But don’t wait until then!

Booking & Rooms

• Great Wolf Lodge requires one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation at the time of booking. This can be paid by credit card. Cheques will not be accepted. The credit card used for the deposit must be present at the time of check in.
  

• Additional room types may be available, at an additional cost. Please contact Great Wolf Lodge directly Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm for more details.
  
• Additional overnight guest passes can be purchased through Great Wolf Lodge at the time of booking. Please contact Great Wolf Lodge directly for more details.
  
• Great Wolf Lodge will try to situate the group guest rooms to be close together but cannot guarantee this expectation.

Meals

• Food is not included in the prices listed above.
  

• Meal plans are available for purchase at the time of booking, or you may purchase on arrival at the Front Desk. 

• • Adult (Guests aged 12 and up) $50 plus tax,
  • Children (Guests aged 4-12 years) $25 plus tax,
  • Children aged 3 years and under are free with a paying adult.  
    

Parking

• Complimentary on-site parking.
  

Water Park Towels

• Complimentary while at the waterpark.

Wi-Fi

• Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms.

Day of Arrival

• Room check-in (access to your guest bedroom) is 4pm on the day of arrival.
  
• Hotel guests can access waterpark starting at 1pm day of check in.

Day of Departure

• Room check-out (you must leave your guest bedroom permanently) is 11am on day of departure.
  
• Guests are welcome to stay at the waterpark to end-of-day waterpark closure.

Notes:

 This event is open to families with children with ASD ONLY.
 

Spaces are extremely limited.  Pre-registration is required.

Supervision of children/youth at this Social Learning Opportunity is the sole responsibility of parents/guardians and caregivers; childcare will not be provided.  Caregivers must remain present.

 Due to allergies and sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, aftershave, or scented products such as hairspray or lotion.
