Join us for an energizing and strengthening pilates class for everyone, all skill levels welcome!
Gina will lead you through a system of exercises based on aerobics with a few precise movements emphasizing control and form to strengthen, stretch and stabilize key muscles. From warmup to cooldown this class will focus on six key principles: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and breathing.
What you need: Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. If you don't have a yoga mat, we will have a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow for the class. Those are available on a first come first served basis.

As a certified EASR West and Stotts pilates specialist, she has used her expertise to train and coach other instructors through their certifications.
