December 6 marks the 34th anniversary of the loss of life of 14 promising young women who were studying engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal. It has been named a National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.
Come to show your support for the equal rights of all people and take a moment to remember the tragic events of that day at this year's December 6 Vigil, hosted by the CFUW K-W. Join us for short speeches, music and light refreshments. All are welcome to attend.
By Grand River Transit, take Bus 29 to Lincoln/Mayfield Stop 2793.
